Dr Bain is ultra-professional and competent, very friendly and fun, and genuinely cares about his patients. This was clear at every stage, from the way he patiently explained everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions, to the way he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure, to the impeccable and virtually invisible dressing on my face, as well as the healing process, which happened exactly as he had predicted.

Dr Bain and his amazing assistant, Ms Kiruba, went above and beyond to fit me in despite a very tight schedule, not once, but twice! I was indeed so scared that I started with one round of mole removals, but when I saw the results and how well it had gone, I asked if I could come back for another one. As quite a nervous patient when it comes to medical procedures I was very pleasantly surprised with the way that Dr Bain and his lovely nurse made the entire process an absolute breeze.  Aside from being a very nice chap, the Dr was so professional, clearly explaining the procedure as things happened from start to finish. An absolute pleasure to know Dr Charles and have been lucky enough to have his incredible support and care during my recent surgery. Dr Charles is extremely passionate about obtaining the best results; we spent ample time/appointments discussing alternative options, all elements of the procedure, recovery and proper aftercare. I went into surgery feeling very well informed and looked after. I believe Dr Charles goes the extra mile: contacting other medical professionals involved on the ward to ensure adequate post surgical inpatient care and constantly taking the time to listen and understand any needs and concerns. Consultation with a plastic surgeon is a most important selection process. Not something you will do frequently. On my initial meeting with Mr Charles Bain I was nervous but was made to feel very comfortable right away! I was very aware of finding a professional who would be right for me and help achieve the goals for my elective procedure. Mr Bain is an expert in his profession and very current with techniques. He explained all aspects of surgery and gave me a real insight of my procedure from the pre-op, anesthesia, time in surgery, recovery and preparing for any discomfort post surgery. I left my initial appointment extremely happy and more than satisfied and knew he would be the surgeon for me. I am writing this review three weeks post surgery and am elated with my procedure, I would highly recommend Mr Bain who has given me life changing surgery with real kindness, care utmost professionalism. Mr Bain has been extremely kind and professional throughout my whole experience with a broken ring finger on my left hand.
