Dr. Charles is a highly respected, fully accredited U.K.-trained Plastic Surgeon in Dubai, offering a wide range of advanced cosmetic and reconstructive procedures at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. He also holds a prestigious Consultant post at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital in London, consistently ranked as the No.1 NHS hospital in the UK.
Dr. Charles graduated with Honours in Medicine from Bristol University, also earning a First Class Honours BSc in medical ethics. His comprehensive plastic surgery training took place in top London teaching hospitals, including Guys & St Thomas’s, Chelsea & Westminster, and St Mary’s Paddington. He successfully achieved the Specialist Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery (FRCS Plast).
To further refine his skills, Dr. Charles completed a competitive aesthetic fellowship in London, learning directly from internationally renowned cosmetic surgeons at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London Clinic, Wellington Hospital, Cromwell Hospital, and King Edward VII.
His training continued in elite plastic surgery units specializing in trauma reconstruction at Imperial College London, and hand and wrist surgery at St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Following this, he returned to Guys’ and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust as a Consultant in Plastic Surgery before relocating to Dubai.
