Dr Bain displays a high level of professionalism and expertise. During the consultations he would explain the procedure in great details including associated risks and benefits. Also, his manner was always calm and reassuring thus I felt confident in selecting him as my surgeon. I am very pleased with surgical results, as well as the attentive care shown during the post-op visits.

From the first meeting with Charles it was very easy to ask questions and had everything explained through out the treatment.

From my first consultation my requirements and concerns were listened to and understood. Mr Bain was very thorough, informative and empathetic. He took time to consider my particular circumstances and was positive about my outcomes. Due to covid and my work schedule my surgery date took some time to arrange but he kept me updated and saw me several times to go over my procedure and reassure me of my expected outcomes. My surgery went smoothly and he has been caring and considerate during my follow up appointments. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
