Thorough and Approachable- Dr. Bain is both thorough and approachable. He meticulously reviewed my medical history and ensured I understood every aspect of my treatment plan. His approachable demeanor made it easy to discuss my concerns.

Dr. Charles treated me for a serious accidental hand injury one month ago today. Today I was able to walk into his surgery and shake his hand. His surgical work was exceptional and has best placed me to recover well. He has been attentive, thorough and utterly professional throughout this entire process. I can’t express my thanks in words!

I had an Abdominoplasty and mastopexy under the care of Dr Bain. On meeting Dr Bain I instantly felt comfortable and reassured. From my first appointment everything has been clearly explained, never rushed and all my questions answered. The surgery went well, Dr Bain was there immediately after and the following day. Since the operation communication has been outstanding. The results of my surgery has so far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Dr Bain and his team.

Consultation with a plastic surgeon is a most important selection process. Not something you will do frequently. On my initial meeting with Mr Charles Bain I was nervous but was made to feel very comfortable right away! I was very aware of finding a professional who would be right for me and help achieve the goals for my elective procedure. Mr Bain is an expert in his profession and very current with techniques. He explained all aspects of surgery and gave me a real insight of my procedure from the pre-op, anesthesia, time in surgery, recovery and preparing for any discomfort post surgery. I left my initial appointment extremely happy and more than satisfied and knew he would be the surgeon for me. I am writing this review three weeks post surgery and am elated with my procedure, I would highly recommend Mr Bain who has given me life changing surgery with real kindness, care utmost professionalism. I cannot thank him enough!
