I cannot recommend Dr Charles enough. From the initial consultation to final follow up, his bedside manner and care remained throughout. I am delighted with my results, and that is a testament to Dr Charles.

Dr. Charles treated me for a serious accidental hand injury one month ago today. Today I was able to walk into his surgery and shake his hand. His surgical work was exceptional and has best placed me to recover well. He has been attentive, thorough and utterly professional throughout this entire process. I can’t express my thanks in words!

I had an Abdominoplasty and mastopexy under the care of Dr Bain. On meeting Dr Bain I instantly felt comfortable and reassured. From my first appointment everything has been clearly explained, never rushed and all my questions answered. The surgery went well, Dr Bain was there immediately after and the following day. Since the operation communication has been outstanding. The results of my surgery has so far exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Dr Bain and his team.

From my first consultation my requirements and concerns were listened to and understood. Mr Bain was very thorough, informative and empathetic. He took time to consider my particular circumstances and was positive about my outcomes. Due to covid and my work schedule my surgery date took some time to arrange but he kept me updated and saw me several times to go over my procedure and reassure me of my expected outcomes. My surgery went smoothly and he has been caring and considerate during my follow up appointments. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
