I came to see Dr. Charles for some pigmented lumps that appeared on my body. He was communicative, honest and transparent from the beginning. He explained what the procedure entailed, and understood and respected my boundaries. I felt very safe in his hands! On the day he even played relaxing music to calm my nerves! My check up appointment was great too. He is an asset to this hospital!

After researching for several months, I choose Dr Bain to administer my botox. A specialist plastic surgeon offering botox is a rare thing and I was keen to take advantage of what I knew would be a deep expertise in facial anatomy. From the moment Dr Bain began the consultation, I could see I was in the hands of someone with both a profound knowledge of facial aesthetics and a great deal of integrity. The treatment (a full face of botox) was quick, precise and absolutely painless. The results are superb; unlike my previous experiences with botox (administered by other practitioners) I can see a fantastic difference without any of the usual numbness/loss of expression. I’ve had compliments from family and friends who comment that I look fresh and healthy; I feel overall that the treatment has made me look prettier and more youthful, which is the desired effect. I should also mention the incredibly competitive price of the treatment- although this wasn’t really a consideration for me, willing to spend on the best, it was nonetheless a lovely surprise to learn how very reasonable the price was. Dr Bain’s follow up procedure is also very patient-focused; I saw him for the second time for a thorough review. I cannot rate Dr Bain highly enough- see him if you want to look like yourself, only younger and more rested, for a fraction of the price charged by far less experienced practitioners.

I can’t thank Dr Charles enough for his excellent care and support. He is a genuine, kind, calm and thoroughly diligent doctor who has always made me feel at ease throughout my surgeries. His expertise in skin cancer and reconstruction is exceptional and I feel lucky to have had him as my surgeon. Thank you Dr Charles.

Thorough and Approachable- Dr. Bain is both thorough and approachable. He meticulously reviewed my medical history and ensured I understood every aspect of my treatment plan. His approachable demeanor made it easy to discuss my concerns.

Procedure: Blepharoplasty

After having two children, I wondered about abdominoplasty for years and then got serious about it and consulted with 2 different plastic surgeons in London & Dubai who are skilled. But when I met Dr Charles, I found him to be outstanding. He is highly skilled but also friendly and practical and has the ability to understand issues so the advice is precise. The surgery process was excellent, thanks to him and his super team. Dr Charles saw me many times before and after the surgery and is quickly available on the phone during recovery time. He has improved my skin and contoured my belly and has produced a beautiful physical result that I was able to see in less than 3 weeks. It is not just about aesthetics – the result gives much more. I cannot thank Dr Charles enough. Long may he continue his important work.

After having 3 pregnancies and 3 C sections i experienced complications. I chose Dr Charles Bain for my abdominoplasty because he was extremely kind and honest and listened to all of my concerns. He explained everything that could happen during and after my surgery. He was attentionate and accessible at all times. He made sure to check on the post surgery results every week. I would recommend him as a Doctor without hesitation.

From my very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. There was no pressure or judgement, and everything was explained clearly, including what to expect from both the good and the not-so-good aspects of the surgery. I felt confident that I was making the right decision.

I’m now three weeks post-op and couldn’t be happier with my results. I know that as the healing continues, the results will improve even further, which is incredibly exciting.

Another important reason I chose Dr Charles was that the surgery was carried out at a very reputable hospital, which was something I felt was extremely important when making my decision.

Although Dr Charles isn’t the cheapest surgeon you’ll find, he is certainly far from the most expensive, and for me, the quality of care and results have made it absolutely worthwhile.

So, in a nutshell, I cannot recommend Dr Charles highly enough. I’m so pleased with my decision and would happily recommend him to anyone considering abdominoplasty.

Dr Bain is ultra-professional and competent, very friendly and fun, and genuinely cares about his patients. This was clear at every stage, from the way he patiently explained everything that was going to happen and answered all my questions, to the way he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure, to the impeccable and virtually invisible dressing on my face, as well as the healing process, which happened exactly as he had predicted.

Dr Bain and his amazing assistant, Ms Kiruba, went above and beyond to fit me in despite a very tight schedule, not once, but twice! I was indeed so scared that I started with one round of mole removals, but when I saw the results and how well it had gone, I asked if I could come back for another one. I couldn't be happier with the results.

As quite a nervous patient when it comes to medical procedures I was very pleasantly surprised with the way that Dr Bain and his lovely nurse made the entire process an absolute breeze.  Aside from being a very nice chap, the Dr was so professional, clearly explaining the procedure as things happened from start to finish.  If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon I would definitely suggest Dr Bain who no doubt makes any procedure he performs as comfortable as possible for his patients.

I recently saw him for a cyst excision on my lower neck/upper back (previously botched by a couple of other doctors) and from the start, his calm, kind manner and way of explaining things really put me at ease. He managed my expectations, gave me all options and let me feel in control of the decision making (unlike many other doctors here in Dubai). His surgical skills have proved excellent and I have been left with a very neat scar and a completely removed cyst, where before others had failed. He really is good!
