Mr Bain has been extremely kind and professional throughout my whole experience with a broken ring finger on my left hand. After many months with the hand therapy physiotherapists, I ageed to have the surgery that Mr Bain had recommended. The surgery at St. Thomas’ hospital went extremely well, all as thoroughly explained by Mr Bain in advance. My recovery went exactly as Mr Bain had explained it would too. I can’t thank him enough and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone with hand problems.

From the first consultation Mr Bain made me feel very welcome and understood my concerns, listening very carefully. He explained the procedure very thoroughly and answered all of my questions even out of office hours. He is very professional yet friendly which kept me at ease during this process. Overall I found my BR experience quite easy and worry free due to his extensive knowledge and personable skills.

I had a fantastic result from Botox with Dr Charles. He did a great job and I have better results than with other doctors. It is so important to get it right otherwise the results take time to go away. I thoroughly recommend Dr Charles if you are considering Botox.

My 4 year old daughter had a deep cut in her forehead which needed stitches, Doctor Charles performed a perfect stitches which resulted in almost no scar after 2 weeks. Our overall experience was amazing in terms of dealing with my kid, calming me as a mother and most importantly perfection in the surgery.
